HHS is Recruiting Common Board Directors

The Huron Health System (HHS) which includes the Alexandra Marine and General Hospital (AMGH) and South Huron Hospital (SHH) is recruiting for volunteers to join the Common Board of Directors.
The HHS Common Board is a skills-based board of governors who support the Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Plan of the Huron Health System by representing the best interests of both hospital corporations.
As a member of the HHS Common Board, you will play an important leadership role in supporting the strategic goals and directions, monitoring quality and overseeing financial resources while ensuring hospital services continue to meet the changing needs of our communities in Huron County.
Common Board meetings are offered in hybrid formats offering options of online or in person at our Goderich or Exeter site locations.
If you have knowledge, skills and experience in the areas of governance, legal, information technology, health care, quality, finance, strategic planning, or risk management and can volunteer some of your valuable time, the HHS Common Board of Directors would like to hear from you.
Interested candidates should forward an Expression of Interest providing background information that will outline your skill set and experience no later than 4pm, Tuesday, August 13th, 2024.
